- Accounts with VP Supply Corp. must be current prior to December 31st, 2008.
- All trip incentive credits are limited to the value of this trip, have no monetary value, and are not transferable.
- Sales tax, cash discounts, freight charges, and monthly trip billings do not count towards incentive figures.
- Reservations are limited and on a first come basis.
- Customers understand if there is a tax liability for the trip it will be their responsibility.
- Trip program is offered ONLY to operators of privately held companies. Only owners/operators of these companies and their wives are eligible for the trip, unless prior approval is otherwise granted. Employees of public companies or government entities are NOT eligible.
- If your business is not incorporated travel credit earned is considered by the IRS to be personal income and if the value exceeds $600 it must be reported. You will receive a 1099 form at year-end.
- VP Supply Corp. reserves the right to amend or cancel this program at any time.
